Refillable Flosser

Big fail. Don't buy one.
TLDR: I had a plastic refillable flosser for years. It had a compartment that held a spool of floss. A dial to move new floss into place. The two little arms that hold the floss were close enough together to fit easily in my mouth while wrapping around a tooth. And it held the floss firm and steady. I lost that one and it seems it is no longer manufactured. So I bought this metal one. It is a crude and clumsy tool. The metal arms are too wide to fit at the back of my mouth AND they have rough, sharp edges that cut my gums. The screw that you turn to hold down the floss doesn't screw in deep enough to tighten around the floss. Ugh, why does Fillgood even carry this?
