We've built a unique Zero Waste Refill Service available to San Francisco Bay Area residents since 2017!
Thanks to home delivery and a network of pickup locations, it has never been easier to get refills of home, bath and body products and return your empties!
How Does it Work
1 - Your order will be delivered at your door in a reusable bag. The products are packaged in glass jars, aluminum bottles or gallon jugs that you will return in the same bag when they are empty. No need to provide your own containers, there is no consignment fee but our refill service only works if you return your empties.
2 - On delivery day, leave out your bags and empties on your doorstep, we will collect them and swap with your new order!
Please do not include packaging that are not from products that we sell, we don't have the capacity to process them. If you want to donate jars, please email us first.
3 - Everything that you return (metal/glass bottles, glass jars, bags, labels, etc) is cleaned and refilled/reused. If we can't reuse because the item is too damaged, we will compost or recycle.

SHIPPING
IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF OUR DELIVERY AREA: we'll be happy to ship any products except large refills (dish soap, laundry liquid, all purpose cleaner, dishwasher powder, laundry powder, oxygen brightener, cleaning scrub, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel) because they are too heavy and would be too expensive to ship.
You'll receive your products in plastic-free packing materials of course!
