Super Oil

For the past few months, I was having some crazy cystic acne and then I poured myself into using exfoliants at home. I thought the more exfoliating I did, the less acne I'd get. It didn't help. My eczema flared up and for a while I was battling acne breakouts even under chaffed skin... ON MY FACE. After getting a facial with some intense extractions, the esthetician told me to simply apply oil and just be very gentle with my skin. I stopped using exfoliants and scrubs at home and just used a few drops of this Super Oil twice a day, and now my chaffed skin is almost all healed (took about a week!). I still get a little acne but I think it's just a function of eating sugar and processed foods during the holidays (what can I say, Santa got my kids a baking recipe book!). I don't think any of my acne is attributed to this oil. The ingredients are non-comedogenic and can actually help prevent acne because of their anti-inflammatory properties. Just a couple drops each application goes a long way.

I got this for some added moisture because my skin can feel dry sometimes after using face moisturiser. But I found I broke out after using one drop every night, so I just use it maybe once or twice a week now. Haven't noticed any significant improvement in my skin though to warrant the price.
