    very sturdy, possibly slippery depending on hair type

    I’m so happy to have these! I’m so tired of buying the drugstore hair elastics. These are very sturdy and high quality.

    I have smooth hair and not a ton of it (I used to buy the small drugstore hair elastics and would make two loops to hold a ponytail). With these Kooshoo ones, I wrapped it around three times to make a ponytail. Over time the hair tie started to slip down. The cotton wrapping is really nice but doesn’t grip hair like the synthetic ones do. I’ve been doing more of a twisty part ponytail–part bun to keep the hair tie from slipping out. It’s strong and holds very well.

    Love these plastic-free hair bands!

    These hold hair well and seem to last longer than typical elastic hair bands.
