Upgrade of Unpaper review

I'm updating my prior review. The Unpaper *on the roll*. I just went through several days of cooking, cooking, cleaning, cleaning for a big multi-family holiday dinner. Having the little Unpaper towels ON A ROLL is magical. The little flannel towels stick to each other which makes them adhere to the roll but pull off even easier than paper towels because they don't need to be torn. While these towels don't absorb as well as paper towels, I found that I'm using these differently. Pulling them off a handy roll is what makes them handy. All my other washable grunge towels have to hang somewhere (one at a time) or sit in drawers (which requires opening a drawer with messy hands). I now have 3 sets of these towels. 36 towels make a super thick roll but allows for a more reasonable wash cycle.

Not Very Absorbent

Not absorbent enough. I bought these to replace a set of similar towels from Good Earth Foods. I think they are identical--oops. These are prettier in their rainbow of colors but no more absorbent. Unfortunately, there was no way to see if they work except to try them. And Fillgood doesn't accept returns on "used" stuff. Bummer. I'm going back to the big flour sack towels which are cheap, absorbent, and last forever.

Beautiful find!

They are exactly what I had in mind and wanted in my kitchen. I used them as cloth napkins, to clean small messes, grab and go some fruits or wrap around veggies in the fridge. They still look like new and I wash them regularly to keep them stainless

Such a great find!

I love these "towels" so much. We use them as napkins and to clean up small messes. They are absorbent, soft and easy to wash. We have the rainbow set and keep them folded on our dining room table so they are fun to look at too.
