What is Fractionated Coconut Oil?

Fractionated Coconut Oil is a type of coconut oil that has been processed to remove the long-chain fatty acids, leaving behind mostly medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). This process results in a stable, liquid oil that remains in a liquid state even at lower temperatures.

How to Perform Oil Pulling with Fractionated Coconut Oil:

• Swish for 10-20 minutes: Swish the oil around in your mouth, pulling it through your teeth and around your gums. Aim for 10-20 minutes, gradually increasing the time as you get more comfortable with the process.
