Silk Floss

I used to think that I needed floss with a slippery coating to avoid getting stuck between teeth but learned from my hygienist that those synthetic flosses don’t really remove the food particles. This is a natural biodegradable product with a mild taste that slides well without breaking. Packaging is plastic free and the reusable dispenser works well.

I keep coming back to buy refills because I love this product, it can be composted and flossing is fun again with a cool refillable glass container. On rare occasions, the floss would break but does not bother me.

VERY strong, hasn't broken yet and it's so nice not putting plastic or PFAs in my mouth. I will definitely be buying refills.

I had gotten these silk flosses from here a year ago and then bought a refill. The ones that I bought a year ago were great, would never break while flossing. The quality on this new batch that I had ordered is terrible. It breaks every single time I floss, multiple times. This leads to me using 4x the amount of floss I would typically use. And I have to floss and try to get all the broken bits out from between my teeth for half an hour every night. This is just horrible

Like other reviewers, I want to love this floss. However, it also breaks in my teeth and gets stuck between them. For the price, I can't justify it for me, but if you have well spaced teeth (the downfall of all those years of braces, I suppose) it would work well.
