No Tox Life

Dish Washing Brush

$8

This beautifully crafted CASA AGAVE™ vegan dish washing brush is going to be your new favorite plastic-free item in the kitchen!

With rounded ergonomic handle, longer bristles and larger bristle diameter than other dish washing brushes.

Use: Great for more delicates dishes, it can also be used on vegetables that need a good scrub! It's made with medium weight agave fiber bristles, grown, harvested, sun-dried and processed in Mexico using traditional techniques to ensure a high quality and strong natural fiber. The handle has a light non-toxic wood coating to increase longevity.

Longevity: Each brush can be used for 3 months or more. Make sure to not submerge or soak the wooden parts in water. Rinse and hang to dry or place in a dry spot after each use.

If you find your brush is not staying dry, dip the bristles in vinegar occasionally to help kill bacteria. The white teakwood is naturally antibacterial but the vinegar will help too.

End of life: Continue using this brush until the bristles no longer work, then compost or bury in garden or dispose in a green waste bin. Stop using the brush and replace it if you see any mold growth.

Materials: moso bamboo handle and medium weight agave fiber bristles. Lightly coated with non-toxic wood coating to reduce cracking and splitting.

Moso bamboo: known as the giant bamboo or timber bamboo, has been used for centuries to fashion buildings, flooring and culinary tools. The young shoots are often prepared into Asian dishes. FSC certified by TÜV SÜD Czech, Prague.

Size: approximately 6.5 cm or 2.5 in

Make Washing Dishes a Piece of Cake

This little brush fits perfectly in the hand and takes minimal space on the counter. Because of the short stiff bristles it removes food easily. This brush works especially well with the "Dish Block" also available at Fill Good..

Perfect Cleaning Brush

I have a Full Circle bubble up dish brush ceramic dish, but I was looking for a replacement brush. Love that this one is compostable, and it has been working great so far!

Great scrubby thing!

We've had ours for almost a year and still works great and doesn't smell bad. The wood is cracking a bit, but it is in and out of water day in and day out so that is understandable. We use it on our cast irons and non-stick and it is great for getting off the grease without damaging the materials.
