The GOTS Certified Organic Cotton Fabric is coated in 100% pure Candelilla Wax, Natural Pine Gum Resin, and Organic Golden Jojoba Oil, and are all handmade in California.
The thick hand-coating of wax allows these wraps to last up to twice as long as standard machine-waxed wraps, keeping them sticky & moldable and keeping your bread fresh!

For long baguettes, overlap two wraps diagonally at the corners, place the baguette on top, fold the ends up and wrap like a burrito. For large round loafs, place the loaf on a wrap, pull the corners up, and fold the edges like a present. Flip the bread over, placing the exposed top on the second wrap and repeat for a fully wrapped loaf! Press your fingers around the seams to seal the two wraps together.
Before first use, wash in the wax wraps in cold soapy water, rinse, and air or pat dry. Use the warmth of your hands to soften the wrap to create a breathable seal. When cool, the wrap will hold its shape. Store clean and dry wraps inside this bag in a cool dry place to avoid collecting dust or dirt.
TO AVOID DAMAGING WAX WRAPS
Do not cut on with sharp objects (knives, forks, etc.) or scrub with abrasive materials (steel wool, dish brush, rough sponge, etc.). Never place near flame or in contact with hot surface, water, or food, as this will melt the wax. Not for use in a microwave, oven, or dishwasher, and do not use on raw meat or fish.
