The palm oil free VEGA Conditioner Bars are made with a 3 butter combo of Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter and Mango Butter that will gently moisturize your hair while conditioning.
The conditioning agents are pure rapeseed oil derived BTMS, and stearic acid which are both 100% certified palm oil free. That's why these VEGA Conditioner Bars are truly one of a kind. Salon quality hair care without the plastic bottle and harm to the Earth. It will last twice as long as a 16 oz bottle, and much longer for most folks. At least 80+ washes.
Palm oil free: the VEGA Conditioner Bar is 100% palm free, which is rare and hard to find in a solid conditioner bar. Most conditioner bars contain BTMS-25 or BTMS-50 which indicate the percentage of BTMS (Behentrimonium Methosulfate, a rapeseed derived conditioning agent). The remaining percentage of the ingredient is made with cetearyl or cetyl alcohol which comes from palm oil. But not the VEGA bars!

HOW TO USE:
- Rub between wet hands until bar becomes milky
- Run this milky conditioner between the ends of your hair until your fingers slide through hair without snagging.
- For more defined curls: Rinse hair, but leave a little conditioner in hair and use the scrunch-up method for curls.
- For all other hair: Once hair is snag-free, rinse conditioner thoroughly.

Sourcing: Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter are sourced from a small shareholder community in Ghana, hand harvested by women, certified fair trade and organic. BTMS conditioning agent is palm free and rapeseed-derived. Stearic acid is palm free.
End of Life: The paper label is home/commercially compostable. Packaged in glassine wrap which is also home/commercially compostable.
